Hello and thank you! I’m working on covering their Rock Werchter appearance as we speak. There is a live stream of the entire festival but, for some reason, the band chose not to allow their set to be streamed. I will post any videos that are made available!

The anonymous ticket holder should contact customer service ASAP. I had a similar concern when my RRT ticket was purchased by a friend. Depending on which company manages venues in that area, but I was helped quickly and efficiently and there ended up being no problem. Before giving up, she should at least contact her ticket service and the venue. She might be able to clear things up before the concert.

Hi! I have a quick question, My mom bought me tckets to the NY show as a gift. Reading through everything now, I realize that I have to present ID at the will call but I'm nervous becuase it wasn't me who bought them. Do you know how I can go about getting the tickets at the gate under these circumstances. She won't be with me on the day of the concert,.. just me and my sibling. Thank you!
I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the ticketing rules clearly stated that the person who purchases the tickets must be there to present ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets, or else you won’t be able to enter the concert. The only way around this would have been if your mother had put your name under “billing information.” I doubt you will be able to get in unless your mother comes with you to the gate.
Again, I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news. To my followers who have not yet purchased their tickets, read the rules before you buy, or else you’ll be in a bad situation like this poor person.

BORLÄNGE, SWEDEN. British band Mumford & Sons had to cancel their gig at Hultsfred Festival when singer Marcus Mumford broke his hand.
Instead, they came to Peace & Love Festival with extra musicians and a singer whose hand is in a cast.
“I need to take strong painkillers. It’s cruel,” says Marcus Mumford.
Just before the Hultsfred Festival was to start, the news came. Mumford & Sons had to cancel their exclusive Sweden gig as the singer, who also plays guitar, drums and mandolin, had broken his hand.
But Peace & Love stepped in and saved the party by offering the band a new gig and even offered those who had tickets to Hultsfred to see them for free. Here’s a chat with the front man soon after the band pulled to Borlänge.
An idiot.
MM: “It hurts, but it feels a little better. I broke two bones,” says Marcus Mumford and demonstrates the wrist, a few hours before going on stage in town.
How did you do it?
MM: “Just by being an idiot.”
Were you drunk?
MM: “Uh, no comments,” he says, laughing.
Because I broke mine one time I went roller skating…
MM: “It hurts, right?”
Yes.
MM: “It hurt to set in place…or as Coldplay would say, it hurts like Heaven.”
Since Mumford is still in a cast, and is forced to take strong painkillers, the band brought two extra musicians. Marcus Mumford has six weeks left in the cast and brace.
Can work wonders.
MM: “I have a great physical therapist so we’ll see how it goes, if I can start playing or if we have to have replacements for some time. But he is amazing… And he can work wonders,” he says and continues:
“They put in two metal wires that he will pull out about six weeks. I asked how and he said, ‘with a pair of pliers’. So I may not want to think about how it’s done. We’re not talking about it.”
How did you guys in the band handle it when it happened?
TD: “Honestly, not that great. The timing’s very bad, it was very frustrating, but we made a new plan rather quickly and resolved to lock it in place,” says bassist Ted Dwane, and continues:
“We are so grateful that we were lucky enough to come here when we had to adjust. It’s the best we could do in this tricky situation. We are very keen to be here now so it will be a good gig.”

No password is necessary, as the presale will go live publicly on this website. Be sure you check to see what time the sale begins in the city of your choice tickets go on sale at different times based upon time zone.

Since the presale limits two tickets per person, you might have someone else buy the extra couple of tickets but be sure to tell them to designate you as the person picking the tickets up. Please check your venue first to be sure they allow children of all ages.

The US Tour presale site clearly states two tickets per person. Once tickets are available for general sale on Friday (individual links here), you will be allowed to purchase more.
I strongly encourage you to read all the rules before buying because all tickets will be will call only (except for the August 13th Louisville, KY date). You must provide the name of the person who will pick up the tickets at the concert and that name cannot be changed after your purchase is complete.
