Hi, the link you put up for the late show no longer works, do you know if there is another place to watch it? Thanks for being great!

Hello!

The performance shown last night on The Late Show with David Letterman was actually an excerpt from Mumford & Sons’ Live on Letterman concert, which took place on September 21, 2012. It just so happens you can watch that entire hour-long performance (including “I Will Wait,” as shown last night) by clicking right here.

You can also check out all the photos and gifs from the concert here.

Furthermore, you can even download high-quality mp3s of the performance by clicking here.

Enjoy, and thank you for the question!

Marcus Mumford talks Babel, Bandanas and The Boss!

21 September 2012
Mumford And Sons scored the feature album this week on Triple J, and The Doctor scored a chat with the gentlemanly lead dude.

(or “sweet lump of guitar slinging man meat”, as The Doctor said on FB)

He talked about their new album, why the big sounding songs require big themes, and how they still don’t have a proper drummer!

They also discussed Ben Mumford’s bandana obsession…
…and the new supergroup Mumford/Springsteen.

Some other things discussed in this interview include which two songs the band will perform on Saturday Night Live on September 22nd, Ted’s multiple doppelgängers, which band member is “never, ever, EVER allowed to play drums,” and much, much more. Listen to the fantastic full interview above.

*Alert*
There are a few seconds each of “I Will Wait,” “Broken Crown,” and “Babel” in this interview, but not the entire songs.
