Mumford & Sons Receive Two Billboard Music Awards Nominations
Mumford & Sons are finalists in the categories for Best Rock Artist and Best Alternative Artist. Interestingly, both categories contain the same five artists:
- The Black Keys
- Coldplay
- Foster the People
- Foo Fighters
- Mumford & Sons
Congratulations to all the nominees (see the full list here). The 2012 Billboard Music Awards will take place at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand and be broadcast live Sunday May 20, 8/7c on ABC. This may be a dumb question but I thought the live stream thats going to be on later is live but yet theres pics of it already?
The live stream of KROQ’s Almost Acoustic Christmas (Night 2) has already begun, but Mumford & Sons don’t perform until around 9:10 PST. Any photos that have been posted are from previous concerts. There are several other bands playing before the Mumfords and you can see the performance schedule by clicking right here!

On 7th December Mumford & Sons will join Death Cab For Cutie, Cage The Elephant, Foster The People, Young The Giant, Two Door Cinema Club and Grouplove in Seattle, WA for KNDD’s ‘Deck The Hall Ball’ Christmas show. The show will take place at Key Arena with a start time of 4pm.
There will be a ticket pre-sale for this starting 10am Wednesday 26th October. Here are the details:
