UK & Ireland Tour of Two Halves Announced

We are very pleased to announce that the band will be heading back out on tour in the UK & Ireland this winter, in support of the new album Babel.
And just like the beautiful game, the tour will be split into two halves. Hope to see you in one of the following places…
November - Part One

Thursday 22nd - Portsmouth, Guildhall
Friday 23rd - Ipswich, Regent Theatre
Sunday 25th - Dundee, Caird Hall
Monday 26th - Carlisle, The Sands Centre
Tuesday 27th - Llandudno, Venue Cymru
December - Part Two
Tuesday 4th - Newcastle, Metro Radio Arena
Wednesday 5th - Glasgow, SECC
Friday 7th - Birmingham, LG Arena
Monday 10th - Manchester, Manchester Arena
Tuesday 11th - London, O2 Arena
Thursday 13th - Cardiff, Motorpoint Arena
Saturday 15th - Belfast, Odyssey Arena

Tickets go on general sale via www.mumfordandsons.com and general ticketing outlets 9am this Friday.

Do you have a video of them performing Timshel in Cardiff last week? My sister was at that gig and told me that during this song it was practically silent in the crowd then someone cheered, and the rest of the crowd shushed them - I'd love to see that!;-)

“Uh, so, you know that Mumford and Sons gig that’s tonight that we couldn’t get tickets for? I went to the box office and the tour manager said they had spares, so we’re going after Badminton, ‘kay?”
Ladies and Gentleman, my sister.
We were sitting on the tier right next to the stage-crazy close to the stage. We were sitting infront of some of the band’s extended family and next to friends of the backing musicians :| surreal to say the least. Epic is a better word. Yeah, epic.
They sang Timshel with no microphones, and only one guitar and the entire room was just silent, in awe.
