Originally a B-side on The Cave Single, this song took on a new chorus and a fuller texture to eventually become Mumford & Sons’ first single from Babel (2012), “I Will Wait”.

what happened to Nothing is Written (Untitled)? was it released long ago as an EP? is it not on the new album? maybe a name change?

If you check the Discography, you’ll see that it was originally released in 2010 as an extra track on “The Cave” single (not the EP). Since then the song has gone through many changes, most recently with the addition of a chorus and a bit more of a rock feel. You can watch a video of this brilliant updated version here, and listen to and download the mp3 here.
As you will hear, the new chorus contains the words “I will wait, I will wait for you,” leading many to believe that the updated version of this song will be on the new album with a new title: “I Will Wait”. Only time will tell!
Again, I don’t have any insider information on Babel, so your guess is as good as mine.

Do you think "Where are you now?" is not going to be on the new album, or that it has another name :)?
Hello! I’ve already received three messages regarding the fact that “Where Are You Now” is missing from the album track list of Babel, in addition to “Home”/”Meet Me Tomorrow”. Only time will tell the fate of these songs, but it’s possible they may be on the album under new names. It’s also quite possible that they could be released as the B-side tracks on any singles released by the band, which is how “To Darkness”, “Hold On To What You Believe”, and “Untitled”/”Nothing is Written” (now presumably “I Will Wait” on the new album) were originally released; check out the Discography for more details.

by any chance, have you put up a link to download the "new and improved" version of Untitled with the "i will wait(s)"?
