Hi, what old video are the gifs from that you just posted? You're amazing, thank you!! :-)
Hello! I assume you mean the second two gifs in this gif set? Those gifs are from this 2008 video of Mumford & Sons performing “The Banjolin Song” for Balcony TV in Dublin. Enjoy, and thank you for the question!

Will the Banjolin Song be on the next album?
Hello! Mumford & Sons have only officially confirmed that “Below My Feet” will be on the new album, but one can assume that the post-Sigh No More songs that have been frequenting their set lists will also most likely make the new album.
“The Banjolin Song” is one of Mumford & Sons’ oldest songs, as it was released in 2008 on their second EP, Love Your Ground. It is for that reason that the song will probably not be on the new album. There are a few other new and old songs my followers have inquired about, too, and you can read about those here.
Finally, if you’re unsure as to which songs were released on Mumford & Sons’ EPs, you can click here to check out the band’s Discography, and click here to explore the full song list on Mumford & Sons Blog.
In the end, only time will tell which songs will end up on Mumford & Sons’ new album. As of today, there are only 82 days until its release on September 24th!

Sorry for another download question, but is there a download for "The Banjolin Song" from the links you just posted? There's a download for the french "Awake My Soul," but not the other! Please and thank you (:
There’s a download for that version, now!
Click here to go to the original post, where I’ve added a download link to “The Banjolin Song” as Mumford & Sons performed it in their Take Away Show in Paris with Johnny Flynn. Enjoy!

I just stubled across the greatest series of videos on YouTube. If you haven't seen them already you MUST watch the Take Away Shows. Each has a band wandering around the streets of Paris playing music. The one I'm especially in love with is Take Away Show #105 with Mumford & Sons and Johnny Flynn. They sing Awake My Soul in French. I don't think anything gets better then that.
You are correct, the Take Away Shows are incredible!
For my followers who have not yet seen the video referenced above (or for those who have but would like a quick way to see it again), click here to watch Mumford & Sons perform “The Banjolin Song” and a partially French version of “Awake My Soul” with Johnny Flynn in a backyard in Paris. It’s truly wonderful.
Furthermore, laivine came across a preview version of that Take Away Show in which the Mumfords and Mr. Flynn walk the streets of Paris performing “The Banjolin Song.” Click here to watch!

This is a rare video of Mumford & Sons performing “The Banjolin Song” live. Recorded at the Brighton Corn Exchange on 12 March 2010, this version of the song has an added introduction with special guest, the rainbow xylophone!

The Banjolin Song
“The Banjolin Song” - Mumford and Sons
She stole my heart and made me sing
She tore me limb from limb
I did not think that I could love
Or be loved that way again
How glad I was to be myself
And use my heart once more
How glad I was to be a man
And love that girl that I adore
Well my eyes shall see light again
And my heart shall bleed right again

So here’s something neat. I haven’t seen this version of the Banjolin Song with Johnny Flynn oot and aboot on Tumblr. It’s a preview/unused version for the Take Away Show. Maybe you have. I love it. I wish I was a bajillionaire and could hire them as my town’s roving troubadours. And is Ted walking and playing the double bass?!
A brilliant find!
