The anonymous ticket holder should contact customer service ASAP. I had a similar concern when my RRT ticket was purchased by a friend. Depending on which company manages venues in that area, but I was helped quickly and efficiently and there ended up being no problem. Before giving up, she should at least contact her ticket service and the venue. She might be able to clear things up before the concert.

Hi! I have a quick question, My mom bought me tckets to the NY show as a gift. Reading through everything now, I realize that I have to present ID at the will call but I'm nervous becuase it wasn't me who bought them. Do you know how I can go about getting the tickets at the gate under these circumstances. She won't be with me on the day of the concert,.. just me and my sibling. Thank you!
I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the ticketing rules clearly stated that the person who purchases the tickets must be there to present ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets, or else you won’t be able to enter the concert. The only way around this would have been if your mother had put your name under “billing information.” I doubt you will be able to get in unless your mother comes with you to the gate.
Again, I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news. To my followers who have not yet purchased their tickets, read the rules before you buy, or else you’ll be in a bad situation like this poor person.

Because of this website, I found out Mumford And Sons was coming to Columbus.. I just got 2 presale tickets RIGHT BEFORE they sold out, and if it were physically possible to give this website and it's creators a hug.. I would. Thank you guys so so so much for being awesome.<3

I am a m&s website member but have not received a password for presale yet, it starts in 12 hours, I'm a little panicked, do u have ant info?
No password is necessary, as the presale will go live publicly on this website. Be sure you check to see what time the sale begins in the city of your choice tickets go on sale at different times based upon time zone.

Sorry to ask, but how should I go about buying tickets from the 'new' American dates if I plan on taking three kids? Thanks.
Since the presale limits two tickets per person, you might have someone else buy the extra couple of tickets but be sure to tell them to designate you as the person picking the tickets up. Please check your venue first to be sure they allow children of all ages.

we're only allowed to buy two tickets in the presale?? is that per card? or can you buy 2 then go back and buy another pair??
The US Tour presale site clearly states two tickets per person. Once tickets are available for general sale on Friday (individual links here), you will be allowed to purchase more.
I strongly encourage you to read all the rules before buying because all tickets will be will call only (except for the August 13th Louisville, KY date). You must provide the name of the person who will pick up the tickets at the concert and that name cannot be changed after your purchase is complete. Dear Friends in America, we hope your summer is going well. As you may or may not already know the band have previously announced plans to bring their Gentlemen of the Road Stopover shows over your side of the pond and all of these dates have now sold out.
However.

This may be a crazy question but how much do you think tickets would be for the new US tour dates? like an estimate price?
The ticketing website already shows $55 as the cost for tickets to the Hoboken show, with no additional service fees or charges. You can estimate that tickets to the other venues will be around the same cost.
Be sure to check the ticketing website for when tickets to your preferred venue go on sale, as they all will be available tomorrow, June 28th, at 12:00 noon in different time zones!
